The casino did not reek of smoke and it was very pleasant, perhaps a bit too cold, but when we have a winning slot machine, you don't notice it & did we have winning machines!! It was sensational!! I also loved the feature in the center that is a new beverage station that is self serve! A very nice selection of cold drinks, but coffee would have been a great addition! The only real negative as when we had dinner at the Aurora Buffet.
Our room, a smoking room, did not smell of smoke at all! The balcony, if you can get one, is a plus! It is so pleasant to sit out there and enjoy the world go by! We did get the Gas 'n Gamble package which was quite a savings in the long run. Well, I don't know what those others were seeing, but everything was a fine quality just as in the past. We had been there a number of times in the past (last time was 4 years ago) and found everything to be lovely.
After reading a number of reviews on how the casino and resort had gone down hill, my husband and I were a little leery about going there.
